We helped the team design & build their new website to reinforce their message as commercial real estate’s only digital-first brand.
By simplifying their sales approach and enhancing their website’s backend, they are now able to effectively reach more potential sellers and grow revenue faster. To view Property Financials and/or Property Offering Memorandum, users must be logged-in & fill out a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Once the NDA is signed, it will auto-generate a filled & signed PDF for the user and brokerage. These workflows are extremely beneficial for their growing sales team to save time and reduce overhead with managing properties.
